Sometimes, we all need a simple way to unwind, and a stress ball can be just the thing. Originally designed to help people cope with anxiety, squeezing a stress ball offers a hands-on way to release built-up tension. It’s a small but effective tool for calming the mind and providing a moment of relief.
Stress balls are soft, squishy, and designed to help manage stress by giving you a physical outlet for nervous energy. So, why not make your own DIY stress ball? It’s incredibly easy, and once you try it, you’ll wonder why you haven’t made one sooner. Here’s a simple guide to get started on your own DIY stress ball!
Materials
- Funnel
- Flour
- Rice
- Water beads
- Balloons
Instructions
Step 1
Blow up your balloon and let the air out.
Step 2
Add your balloon to the bottom of your funnel.
Step 3
Add your material (rice, flour, or water beads) until the balloon is full.
Step 4
Tie the balloon and cut the end as close to the knot as possible. You can add another balloon on top to make it more secure but that’s up to you as it is not necessary.
And that’s it. You now have your stress balloon.
