Ingredients: 

  • 3 figs
  • 1 cup oat milk 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon 
  • ½ tsp black sesame 
  • 1 tbsp pistachio
  • Optional – maple syrup, coconut crème, yogurt 

Prep time: 5 minutes | Resting time: 2-12 hours

Directions: 

Step 1: Combine chia seeds, cinnamon, and oat milk in a bowl. Put it aside in a fridge for 2-12 hours (preferably overnight)

Step 2: Cut the figs in halves, place them on the bottom of the jar or stick them to the sides.

Fill the jar with chia seeds mixture, add maple syrup, yogurt or coconut cream on top (optional), decorate with chopped pistachios and black sesame seeds. Enjoy!
